PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Direct Hire Opportunity
Premier Property Management Company in Milwaukee County
The preferred candidate will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc. ensuring outstanding customer service is given to the tenants!
Duties will include, but not be limited to :
- Maintain daily work order log.
- Prep / paint vacant units.
- Empty vacant units as needed.
- Conduct maintenance work in units to get ready for rental.
- Free property of debris.
- Put out recycling bins / dumpsters for pick up.
- Light snow removal and salting.
- Ensure storage areas remain free of furniture & other items.
- Removes & transfers appliances from storage to apartment.
