About the Role
Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing, and maintaining commercial printing and imaging equipment? Do you thrive in the field, solving problems, and supporting customers with high service standards?
Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Technician III to join our service team. Youll be responsible for on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Canon-supported copiers, printers, and multi-function imaging devices (MFPs) at client locations often in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 customer-driven setting where responsiveness and reliability are key.
Your Impact
Were searching for a true go-getter to :
- Perform routine maintenance and break / fix repair of digital imaging equipment (copiers, printers, MFPs).
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer service calls in the field.
- Maintain accurate service logs and reports, including Field Service Reports and Expense Reports.
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with proper documentation.
- Ensure all assigned equipment meets operational performance standards.
- Represent Canon in a customer-facing role with professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Adhere to customer-specific site protocols, which may include COVID-19 or other safety measures.
- Deliver exceptional service and support in a 24 / 7 customer-driven environment where uptime matters.

In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated rate for this role : $24.39 - 36.53 hourly.
This role is eligible for a transportation allowance.
