Job descriptionManage HR functions like benefits, compensation, leave, employee relations, performance management, training, and workplace safety. Participate in employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by reviewing and updating policies. Conduct audits and analyze HR metrics, including turnover, compensation, and regulatory compliance. Support recruitment efforts, including background checks, drug screenings, and reference verifications. Develop and implement HR policies and provide guidance on their application. Contribute to creating HR objectives, systems, metrics, and reporting processes. Propose improvements to HR processes and employee experiences. Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, orientations, and offboarding, ensuring accurate HRIS data entry. Assist in creating pay scales and standard operating procedures. Stay informed on organizational structure, policies, and employment laws. Track and analyze HR metrics, such as hiring and time-to-fill rates. Support the annual performance review process. Coordinate training programs and internal communications. Conduct new hire interviews and assist with open enrollment processes. 4+ years of relevant human resources experience Experience and understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations ADP experience preferred
