Job descriptionYou have 3+ years experience in high-growth startups, consumer products, or social apps. You're passionate about communities and how to preserve culture while scaling quickly. You're passionate about community-led growth, product analytics, dashboards, and metrics. You have deep empathy and understanding of our community. You're proud of how quickly you can learn new skills. You relish in the challenge of learning job function on your own and then executing it to a high level of excellence. Experience growing a user base of 100,000 to 1m+ Experience working in small product teams. Bonus : Experience with game economics and working with gaming companies. Manage brand partnerships whether it be assisting them in hosting Tonic Challenges, creating digital goods, or sponsoring live conventions. Work with our Production Team to manage our influencers to both build content for YouTube and also connect with their audiences on Tonic. Create and host events for Tonic team and our extended community. Poker nights, board game nights, or happy hours, you name it! Design rituals for the team, curate a culture of deepening relationships between team members. Develop growth ideas and collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering to execute. Use A / B testing frameworks to refine. Conduct research on customer segmentation, pricing, and GTM. Explore new community initiatives, independently develop and execute on new strategies. Attend workshops to level up your skills and be a proud representative of Tonic in the SF tech community!
