HR Generalist / Clerk (Part-Time)
Location : San Pedro, CA
Pay Range : $25 to $40 / hour (depending on experience)
Duration : 3 to 4 months (Urgent need)
Key Responsibilities :
- Support HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Address employee inquiries and escalate as needed to HR leadership.
- Conduct audits of personnel files for compliance.
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
