Job descriptionMaintain Windows-based computer and networking hardware in working order Configure and program power monitoring and SCADA software Integrate and maintain electrical monitoring hardware including electrical meters, servers, and industrial gateways Report to various data centers and commercial properties to work on new installations, and maintain existing systems Build system graphics on SCADA platform using various software toolboxes Ability to understand ladder logic and PLC functions Travel or commute to NJ / NY / CT sites is expected (60%-70%), remaining work is remote (30%-40%) Knowledge of industrial communications protocols such as Bacnet and Modbus Familiarity with power distribution equipment such as UPS, generator, switchgear and power quality meters Working knowledge and demonstrated experience with Windows platform Familiarity with SQL-based database platforms with ability to write simple SQL queries Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related study 3+ Years of Professional Experience is required Self-motivated, innovative, and resourceful Effective in time management and task prioritization Willingness to continue developing technical capabilities Articulate on the pros and cons of ideas or solutions
