Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Geologist to lead and manage diverse geologic projects. In this role, you will oversee site investigations, environmental assessments, and other complex geologic tasks. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide junior staff, and ensure successful project execution from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage geologic investigations, including field sampling, subsurface exploration, geotechnical assessments, and data interpretation.
• Conduct geological analysis related to site characterization, slope stability, seismic hazard analysis, and environmental conditions.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior geologists and staff, fostering a learning environment and developing the next generation of geoscientists.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to discuss project status, resolve technical issues, and ensure the smooth progression of work.
• Stay current on industry trends, evolving regulations, and new technologies in geology and environmental science.
• Contribute to the company's nationwide projects and initiatives, collaborating with offices across the country.
