Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This position focuses on working with students, families, and educators to provide tailored interventions that support students’ participation in school activities.

Core Duties :

• Evaluate students’ motor skills, sensory needs, and daily functional abilities.
• Create therapy plans in collaboration with the IEP team and stakeholders.
• Offer direct therapy services to individuals and groups.
• Integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom environment with teacher support.
• Assist students in learning social skills and emotional regulation.
• Document progress, adjust goals as needed, and share outcomes with key parties.
• Educate parents, teachers, and school staff on supporting therapy goals.
• Ensure compliance with professional and legal documentation standards.

Requirements :

Pay Rate :

90-$100 / hour, based on experience.
