We're seeking an HR Analyst to join an established organization in the greater Pasadena, CA area. The position is temporary and the pay range is from $24-30 / hr.
Responsibilities :
- Collect, organize, and analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, demographics).
- Prepare reports and dashboards on key HR metrics.
- Monitor HR KPIs (e.g., employee engagement, retention).
- Assist in developing HR strategies based on data insights.
- Support workforce planning and forecasting.

- Analyze compensation, benefits, and performance data.
