Sr. Business System Analyst (ESRI GIS-SAP) Hybrid (3 days onsite) Los Angeles, CA Local candidates only Must Have : ESRI ArcGIS GIS-SAP, Utility background i.e. Sempra, PG&E etc Job Overview : We are seeking a Sr. Business System Analyst with strong ESRI GIS-SAP skills to join the Opus Program, which is focused on transforming work management across Transmission, Storage, Distribution, and Customer Service. This role will help design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and data-driven decision-making to support SoCalGas' Aspire 2045 goals. Key Responsibilities : A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (e.g., Geographical Information System) 5 years of senior-level experience in business application design, development, installation, and modification in an online environment Experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures Proficient with SAP S4 integration with GIS and knowledge of SAP Spatial Asset Management Utilities industry experience is highly preferred Experience with developing / implementing solutions on ESRI ArcGIS platforms including FieldMaps Experience with ArcGIS Portal / Enterprise using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), and REST APIs Experience with Mobile GIS field applications (Windows and iOS devices) using ArcGIS Runtime SDK Experience with ArcGIS desktop applications ArcGIS Pro Experience in .NET framework, C#, Python using ESRI libraries and SQL Experience with spatial databases Experience with real-time GIS applications and spatial data visualization Knowledge of machine learning or AI as applied to geospatial datasets Experience in a production / service environment Working knowledge of DevOps tools and practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
