Responsibilities :

• Oversee all operations, including but not limited to, rooms, food & beverage, sales, marketing, maintenance, reservations, and owner relations.
• Develop strategy and execution tactics for the property including revenue generation, financial performance, growth and development, recruitment, and staff development.
• Build and reward a service culture through effective leadership skills.
• Ensure full implementation and consistency of Hawkeye Hotels’ standards and company expectations, brand standards, and industry rating for the property.
