The Brief

Title : Global Account Manager

Location : Houston, Texas

Salary & Package : $127k-143k (86.6k OTE)

Job Summary

  • Establish and manage strategic relationships with global customers, facilitating their transition to enterprise-wide licensing
  • Develop and execute tailored solutions that align with client business priorities to drive long-term growth
  • Lead complex negotiations focused on enterprise agreements, ensuring mutual value creation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Editorial, and Product teams to deliver enterprise solutions
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through cross-selling and upselling
  • Track and report key performance metrics to optimize enterprise account strategies

Experience Required

  • Proven experience managing high-value B2B accounts, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets through value-based, consultative selling
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and decision-makers in complex negotiations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, working with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Understanding of commodities markets, pricing data, and financial applications
  • Familiarity with PRA products, analytics solutions, and enterprise licensing models
