A company is looking for a Global Compensation Analyst.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparation of US domestic and global cost estimates considering tax implicationsImplement internal control procedures to ensure data accuracy and efficiencyAudit cost estimates and provide feedback, ensuring compliance with policiesRequired Qualifications1+ years of experience in global compensation and / or assignment / relocation consultingBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, International Management, or a related field preferredExcellent Excel skills including formulas, v-lookups, and pivot tablesUnderstanding of worldwide tax and social security liabilities is advantageousPrior payroll knowledge and / or experience preferred
