Job description
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager (Global).
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end payroll processing for global entities, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles
Lead process improvements for payroll workflows and partner with People Ops on HRIS and payroll systems modernization
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and manage relationships with global payroll providers
Required Qualifications
6-10 years of progressive payroll experience
3+ years of experience managing global payroll across multiple countries
CPP, CPA, or similar certification
Strong understanding of payroll accounting and compliance in US and Canadian jurisdictions
Proven experience implementing or upgrading payroll systems and process improvements
