Role Overview : As the Global HRIS (Human Resources Information System) lead, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s global HR information system, ensuring stable system operations that meet the HR business needs of subsidiaries and manufacturing plants worldwide. You will also focus on exploring and integrating AI applications in HR, driving the intelligent evolution of the HRIS system. This role involves close collaboration with global HR teams, IT teams, and third-party HRIS vendors to implement, use, and continuously optimize HRIS projects. Key Responsibilities : Global HRIS Strategy and Implementation : Develop and execute a strategic global HRIS plan that aligns with the company’s long-term goals and incorporates AI trends. Lead deployment, upgrades, and maintenance efforts, including system configuration, data migration, and user training, while ensuring operational stability and efficiency. Process Optimization and Automation : Leverage HRIS capabilities to enhance HR management processes by introducing automation tools that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and elevate employee satisfaction. User Training and Technical Support : Deliver HRIS training to HR teams and relevant departments to ensure effective system usage and proficiency. Provide ongoing technical support to address operational challenges and ensure seamless HRIS functionality. System Operations and AI Integration : Manage daily maintenance and performance monitoring of the global HRIS, resolving operational issues to maintain stability and security. Continuously optimize system configurations and processes while integrating AI technologies to improve intelligence and response speed. Data Management and Analytics : Utilize HRIS data analysis tools and AI algorithms to generate insightful HR reports, supporting data-driven decision-making. Ensure data security through regular cleaning, backups, and compliance with privacy regulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and other departments to successfully implement HRIS projects. Coordinate resources, monitor progress and budgets, and maintain strong communication with global HR teams and HR system vendors to align the system with business needs. Data Security and Compliance : Ensure HRIS data security and compliance with global regulations by conducting audits, assessing risks, and collaborating with Legal to mitigate compliance challenges. Implement measures to prevent breaches and ensure system integrity. Continuous Innovation and Learning : Stay updated on HRIS trends and AI advancements to drive innovative solutions. Continuously enhance HRIS capabilities to deliver competitive and forward-thinking HR management systems for the company. Qualifications : Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Work Experience : At least 3 years of experience in HRIS management, including planning, deployment, operations, and optimization. Preferred experience in multinational companies or large groups, with exposure to other HR modules (e.g., payroll, benefits). Familiarity with mainstream HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Biznus) and AI applications in HR management is a plus. Professional Skills : Proficient in HRIS processes, system configurations, and data management. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use HRIS data and AI algorithms for decision support. Basic understanding and hands-on experience in AI technologies. Overall Qualities : Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with a global perspective. Passion for HR management and driving digital transformation through innovation and technology. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
