Job descriptionOversees daily operations of Wynn Golf Club. Assists with organizing and conducting golf tournaments and events, including corporate outings and charitable events. Responsible for managing line level staff including caddies, locker room attendants, and range attendants. Responsible for administrative duties including but not limited to : scheduling, daily pass down and reconciling daily rounds of golf. Must have an understanding of key drivers such as : revenue growth, profitability, quality performance, employee engagement and guest satisfaction. Must focus on key drivers of employee engagement and guest satisfaction. Responsible for training, conducting employee performance evaluations, and overall development of all staff. Responsible for all inventory, equipment, administrative supplies and any necessary items within Golf Operations. Must maintain a complete knowledge of industry through continuing education and training. About Wynn Golf Club
From lush greens to rushing streams, you may forget you’re in Las Vegas at our newly designed 18-hole championship course, Wynn Golf Club. Legendary architect Tom Fazio has returned to revisit his first design from 2005, this time partnering with his son, Logan Fazio, to create a truly unique golf experience at the only resort course on the Las Vegas Strip.
Position Overview
The Golf Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director of Golf and Assistant Director of Golf with the daily operation of Wynn Golf Club as well as providing the leadership to enhance employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
This role is comparable to the “Golf Professional” role at other golf resorts and private golf clubs. Historically we have filled this with Class A members of the PGA of America. A Supervisor at Wynn Golf Club needs many different skill sets and a specialization in golf encompassing all aspects of the game.

Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience preferred.
- Proven experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work proficiently with deadlines and disciplined to work without constant guidance and supervision.
- Weekend availability. Schedule for this position is not set. Must be available to work all shifts and be able to flex schedule based on business demands.
- Possess a positive, “whatever it takes” attitude.
- Previous golf cart fleet management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically : Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Proficiency in the Open Tee golf reservations system preferred.
- Proficiency with Golf Genius is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills. Ability to deal with problems involving guests and operational issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Willingness to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding guests and staff.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
