Responsibilities :

Greeting and building rapport with golfers

Assist guests in finishing their checkout process

Appraise and buy-in merchandise

Manage a point-of-sale computer throughout the day

Answering customer questions in person and over the phone

Preferred Qualifications :

Customer service experience in the golf industry

Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology

Required Qualifications :

2 years of customer service

A love for and experience in the game of golf

Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings.
