Key Responsibilities Lead and manage billing and follow-up teams to ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable Monitor and adjust staff assignments to meet financial goals and regulatory compliance Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue recovery Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Management required; Master's Degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in Revenue Cycle required Minimum of 2 years of related leadership experience required Healthcare experience required; experience in multi-hospital systems preferred Preferred credentials include HFMA, MGMA, AHIMA, EPIC Certification, or Certified Professional Coder
