Principal Scientist - Government ContractorPOSITION SUMMARYIntelligence Federal is a fast-growing Federal contracting company seeking an experienced Principal Scientist to support a Federal Government Agency.JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

• Assist the PM in the oversight of a Research Program with IC-wide accountability and influence.
• Identify and develop research opportunities on cutting-edge technology and groundbreaking ethical science-based approaches to interviews and interrogations and intelligence gathering.
• Engage with working groups and communities of interest in the social and behavioral sciences.
• Build collaborative networks with Federal, State, and local law enforcement and international partners.
• Complete tasks given by the Chief Research Psychologist to maintain the research program.
• Support workstreams.
• Monitor relevant research publications for data methods and principles that can be useful to the operations, analysis, and training activities.
• Write and edit publications for communication about research relevant to effective interrogations (e.g., research dissemination reports, review articles, etc.)SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL
• Must have active TS / SCI Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Master's degree in a Psychology or closely related technical domain such as social sciences is preferred; however, those with a bachelor's degree and highly relevant work experience such as research design, methodology and data analytics will be considered.
• At least two (2) years post-degree work in conducting or managing research for national security required.
• Experience briefing scientific research.
• Subject matter expert in social and behavioral and / or cognitive neuroscience, neuropsychology.
