The Associate Director of Student Services provides quality programs and services that facilitate access and foster academic, career, and personal success for all students. The Associate Director of Student Services also provides support to the Director of Student Services. The Associate Director of Student Services position supports the Student Services function by providing a broad range of student activities that promote student engagement and professional development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Offers placement assistance and career development to students and graduates
Coordinates and facilitates student activities
Provides excellent customer service to students and handles their requests
Develops and maintains employer relationships
Maintains accurate records and documentation
Assist the Student Services Director as requested
The Associate Director of Student Services should hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree and have at least two years of related experience. Managerial experience strongly preferred. The qualified candidate should have leadership, human resources and student experience and must be comfortable presenting in front of a classroom providing "workshops" on resumes and interviewing skills.
