Role Summary

As federal agencies face growing pressure to secure supply chains, manage third-party and software risk, and meet evolving compliance mandates, Exiger’s Government business continues to expand across high-consequence civilian, defense, and national security missions.
We are hiring a Government Solutions Architect to play a critical, hands-on role in how Exiger wins and delivers technically in the U.S. Federal market. This role sits at the intersection of mission needs, data complexity, and enterprise technology. You will be responsible for translating Exiger’s platform, data, and analytics capabilities into credible, compliant, and mission-aligned solutions for Federal customers.
Government Solutions Architects are embedded in complex sales cycles and own the technical narrative from first engagement through solution validation. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to government stakeholders, integrators, and internal teams, helping shape solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-value efforts in some of the most demanding buying environments we operate in.
What You’ll Do Own the technical aspects of federal pre-sales engagements, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept or proof-of-value activities Serve as a subject matter expert across Exiger’s 1Exiger platform and solution set, with a focus on government use cases spanning supply chain risk management, cyber supply chain risk (C-SCRM), and third-party risk Design and articulate solutions that align federal mission requirements with Exiger’s data, analytics, and integration capabilities Deliver tailored briefings and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical federal audiences, including agency stakeholders and systems integrators Support RFPs, RFIs, and capture efforts by contributing technical input, solution narratives, and compliance alignment Translate federal regulatory, security, and policy requirements into practical solution architectures aligned with standards such as NIST, EO , and related frameworks Partner closely with Government Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer needs are reflected in solution positioning and platform evolution Provide structured feedback from customer engagements to inform product roadmap discussions and go-to-market improvements What You’ll Need 5–7 years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting supporting U.S. Federal Government customers Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or data-driven solutions in regulated or security-sensitive environments Familiarity with federal risk, cybersecurity, or compliance frameworks, including C-SCRM, NIST, and Executive Order Hands-on understanding of cloud-based architectures, APIs, data ingestion, and integration concepts Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including customized demos and technical evaluations Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field Active U.S. Top Secret (TS) clearance required; TS / SCI preferred U.S. citizenship required Why Exiger
