Are you a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy and efficiency are key? If so, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
Update and maintain compliance data in Microsoft Access and Excel.
Scan, save, and organize critical documents for easy retrieval.
Obtain necessary signatures from management to ensure proper approvals.
Deliver production schedules to the manufacturing floor and ensure timely communication.
Use Microsoft PowerPoint to create and update presentations as needed.
Coordinate emails, meetings, and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.
Support general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
What We are Looking For :
Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a must.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $22.00 - $24.00
