Allina Health hires new graduate RNs to join our team in providing care that is patient centered, collaborative in nature and exceptional in quality. We have one application for new graduates with less than 1 year of RN work experience. Allina is dedicated to supporting our new graduate RNs with a precepted orientation and New Grad Nurse Residency Program for the first several months of professional practice as you make the transition from student, to professional nurse. This program aims to create a sense of community by bringing individuals together to discuss key areas of professional nursing practice. Program content includes Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice, Information Technology, Clinical Ethics, Wellbeing, Conflict Resolution, Medication Safety, Culture of Safety, and Quality Improvement, and is brought to our residents from key team members across the system. We are a not-for-profit, women-led health care system, one of the largest employers in Minnesota and an organization committed to our values of compassion, integrity, excellence and teamwork.

Pay Range
Pay Range : $42.92 to $69.15 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and / or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
