Network Rail Consulting is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Graduate to join our growing established and successful team, where you’ll have the chance to get involved in project management, asset management, systems engineering and innovation and the opportunity to be part of a broader consultancy offering.

We have already delivered several key advisory and infrastructure projects across the US and have consistently demonstrated exceptional value to our clients through deep integration with their teams, showing ourselves to be a true partner and peer.

We are seeking a Graduate in either our Washington DC / New York location.

Our Graduate Program :

The NRC Graduate Development Programme (GDP) has been developed to shape our graduates over the course of their first 3 years, into well balanced and learned professionals that are highly sought after by their colleagues and clients.​

The GDP and the follow-on 3-year Emerging Professionals Program (EPP) both consist of learning and recognition dimensions that align with the 70-20-10 rule, where effective learning comes from : ​

• 70% of knowledge from job-related experiences.​
• 20% from interactions with others; and​
• 10% coursework and training

You will work with a diverse pool of talented individuals as well as gain exposure across a diverse project-based business.
