About the Role : Join us as a Senior Accountant where you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and driving operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is eager to grow professionally. This role is responsible for strengthening the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the accounting operations function through enhanced processes, robust controls, and consistent month-end execution. The position partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to support audits, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality financial reporting. In addition, this leader mentors staff, reviews work for accuracy, and contributes to special projects that drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems. What You’ll Do :

• Support system, process, and control environment enhancements to optimize the accounting operations function (e.g., process improvements, etc.)
• Implement and document policies and procedures to efficiently and effectively support current business needs.
• Prepare audit schedules and be actively involved in all annual and potential audits.
• Work with internal and external business partners to ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and controls and provide support on special requests
• Ensure sales and use tax returns are filed timely and sales tax GL accounts are reconciled accurately.
• Responsible for month end close tasks including accruals, reconciliations, management reporting
• Lead, mentor, and coach staff.
• Review work and support documentation for accuracy.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Continuously learn, share, and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support.
