We offer an established, full-scope OB/GYN practice where you can deliver top-tier, high-tech care with the support of a dedicated clinical team and a balanced, physician-friendly lifestyle.

Position Highlights

• Award-Winning Maternal Care: Practice in a top-rated rural health system continuously expanding women's services, supported by federal grant funding aimed at improving regional maternal health outcomes.
• Modern Infrastructure: Utilize a state-of-the-art Women's Center (newly renovated in 2020) equipped with Cerner EMR and remote fetal monitoring access from home.
• Robust Perinatal Support: Full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) team covering first call 10 days per month. In-clinic MFM-trained sonographer with formal MFM physician reading partnerships and established tertiary referral networks for high-risk transfers.
• Full-Scope Practice: Comprehensive mix of prenatal care, routine and complex gynecology, major/minor surgery, and in-office procedures.

Schedule & Workflow

• 4-Day Workweek with two dedicated morning OR block schedules.
• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (averaging 20-28 patient visits per day).
• Call Rotation: Shared call with only 1 weekend per month required (7 days per month total). Additional elective call coverage compensated at $2,000-$2,500/day.

Facility Capabilities

• 3 state-of-the-art LDR suites, 7 private postpartum suites, and dedicated triage/procedure space.
• Level II Nursery with dedicated pediatric and neonatal support.
• 24/7 Anesthesiology coverage with an on-site surgical team offering a guaranteed 20-minute response time for emergency cases.

Compensation & Financial Package

• $500,000 Base Salary plus RVUs
• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Comprehensive relocation assistance

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Demonstrated competence across full-scope OB/GYN, including surgical and procedural care.
• A strong desire to lead and serve within a vibrant, tight-knit rural community.
