Job Description

• Create, update, and maintain documentation including but not limited to product documentation, procedures, and technical documentation to support various compliance products and services.
• Organize complex information into logical, intuitive structures.
• Define documentation standards, templates, and style guides for consistency.
• Partner closely with various technology other business stakeholders to gather source information.
• Transform complex information into clear, user-friendly documentation
• Ensure documentation is technically correct, complete, and tested against actual product behavior.
• Create and update a central documentation repository in Confluence including maintain taxonomy, metadata, and version control.
• Ensure consistency and industry best practices are incorporated into the documentation artifacts.
• Enforce style, grammar, and clarity standards.
• Manage review processes with SMEs and stakeholders.
