Ensure products arrive to the correct locations timely, while certifying all safety regulations are met when moving between state / province / region / territory lines. Responsible for the accurate filing of Customer Profile entries.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and maintain records on required documents; and resolve all issues to obtain customs clearance

Understand customer’s business, requirements, and rate structure; issue invoices for services rendered and accrue costs in system

Review and update customer files

Support internal customer metrics

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

3 years’ Import / Export or Logistics experience; or combination of education and experience

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities

Pay Range : $19.18 - $32.40
