Job Summary : The Maintenance Administrator serves as a key operational support role within the maintenance department, ensuring that maintenance activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires an understanding of technical maintenance processes combined with strong coordination and administrative skills to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and related documentation.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Maintenance Work Order & Scheduling Management :
Receive, log, and prioritize both preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
Act as the primary liaison between the maintenance department and external service providers.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work order logs, equipment performance data, and safety inspections.
Monitor inventory levels for maintenance supplies, spare parts, and tools essential for daily operations.
Provide direct support to maintenance teams by assisting with the coordination of preventive maintenance schedules and technical troubleshooting efforts.
Support the maintenance department in ensuring that all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
