Graphic Design Manager
to lead and manage our design team in delivering visually impactful, brand-consistent graphics across all channels. This role will focus on overseeing the creation of digital and print assets, including website visuals, email campaigns, social media graphics, and media ads. As the Graphic Design Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our design output meets the high standards of our fast-paced, trend-driven environment.You will collaborate closely with the Merchandising, Marketing, and Digital teams, leveraging performance insights to optimize creative campaigns. Additionally, you will ensure that all assets align with our brand’s aesthetic, positioning Fashion Nova as a leader in fashion and lifestyle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage the graphic design team, ensuring high-quality creative output that aligns with Fashion Nova’s brand guidelines.Oversee the design and production of website visuals, digital ads, email campaigns, social media assets, and billboards across all Fashion Nova brands – Women, Men, Kids, and Beauty.Ideate, review, and approve design concepts, ensuring alignment with the company’s creative vision and marketing goals.Manage design processes, determining arrangement and layout of illustrative material and copy in accordance with design principles and in efforts to communicate a strong brand story.Conduct regular design reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.Research emerging design trends and fashion aesthetics to ensure visuals & art is always on the cutting edge.Ensure timely project delivery and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Oversee special projects related to graphic design and marketing as needed.Work proactively according to the marketing campaign calendar to stay ahead of timelines.Role RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; or equivalent work experience.6 - 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.Deep passion for fashion and a keen sense for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Obsessed with the details, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday during core business hours.English, additional language(s) an advantage.BENEFITSNEW state-of-the-art HQ upcoming in 2025!Formalized career paths for continued professional growth.Comprehensive health insurance across Medical, Dental, and Vision.401k match, with immediate vesting upon eligibility.Weekly catered lunches & fully-stock kitchen pantry!Opportunities to travel for trade shows and vendor meetings.Summer Fridays Early Departure.Team bonding events and programs.Attractive employee discounts!Fashion Nova, LLC, and subsidiaries thereof, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
