We are looking for graphic and / or production designers to join to our Creative Services team in a short term (- weeks) role. Our Creative Services team provides graphic and design services across a variety of marketing, event, communications and sales materials for our teams across the globe. To be successful in this position, you'll have deep expertise in print production design and presentation design, an eye for detail and the ability to work fast and produce high quality work.

Role and responsibilities

• Understand and interpret briefs and design requirements from clients / stakeholders
• Accomplishes the design project based on standards of quality and excellence
• Works and designs fast and efficiently with very minimal supervision
• Delivers artwork according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Works according to established production flow and process tools
• Reviews or quality checks own and peers' design projects
• Ensures good, direct relationships and communication with team and management
• Regularly coordinates with team leads / stakeholders, and sends updates on project progress
• Takes on diverse types of design projects – Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,
• MS PowerPoint, Word
• Manages time and workload to accommodate quick revisions and turnaround
• Prepares the pre-press package of final artwork
• Works effectively with colleagues and take on extra projects when necessary.
