Moultrie’s Graphic Designer is an entry to mid-level position that supports the senior design team by assisting with various creative tasks and projects. The Graphic Designer has a background in both print and digital design, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling and cohesive designs. They will collaborate on executing creative output across multiple mediums and channels, including print, digital, packaging, OOH, and sales enablement materials. The Graphic Designer will work closely with senior designers to bring the brand's vision to life and will have the opportunity to contribute to various creative projects, develop design skills, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet the brief.
- Assist in the creation of visual assets, including digital banners, social media graphics, marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, posters), packaging, and website graphics, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
- Responsible for day-to-day execution of design tasks across multiple content pipelines, ensuring that all content is creatively inspiring, on strategy, and executed at the highest level of quality.
- Help in preparing and finalizing files for print and digital use, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Adjust and version designs based on feedback from clients, team members, or senior designers. This includes revising layouts, colors, typography, or imagery to meet project needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Responsible for high-quality, quick-turn creative in support of sales and branding opportunities.
- Ensure all design work maintains the company’s visual identity and is consistent across different platforms and mediums.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of digital assets in the DAM system using a well-established file structure (taxonomy) created to link all documents and ensure key stakeholders can access the required files.
