Our Marketing team is growing, and we're looking for a Graphic Design Administrator to join our team! We are looking for a creative individual with a design approach that consistently pushes expectations and grabs the eyes of our external and internal viewers through punchy designs. This position will be relied on to execute Cooper Steel's marketing strategy and keep our branding aligned, while being encouraged to dream up new ideas, have a detailed eye for accuracy, and care about positively impacting the way our culture and industry are viewed.

This is an in-person position based in Nashville, TN.

Role Requirements :

• Design and produce various high-level print and digital marketing materials including promotional graphics, signage, social media designs, emails, web assets, presentations, etc.
• Create new visual ideas for campaigns and specific-themed projects.
• Assist in supporting the branding identity of the company, ensuring all internal and external content is consistent and recognizable.
• Collaborate across internal department teams to understand brand objectives and incorporate them into compelling design solutions.
• Manage TV Carousel for internal communications across all locations, including creating new designs and graphics to increase interest.
• Contribute to content planning and strategy of marketing efforts in collaboration with the marketing department and overall company goals.
• Maintain a detail-oriented eye, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all designs produced.
