Salary : FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $80,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. Your Responsibilities : Responsible for creating FUCHS visual communications Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate customers (both externally and internally). Design visually engaging marketing materials including brochures, ads, social media graphics, websites, presentations, catalogs, tradeshow booths, signage, and infographics. Translate written or verbal ideas into compelling visual concepts that align with brand messaging and objectives. Develop graphics for product illustrations, and web content, adhering to FUCHS branding guidelines. Select appropriate colors, typography, imagery, and layout to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal. Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs. Review and proof designs for accuracy before production or publication. Capture and digitally edit photographs of products, applications, personnel, and company events. Enhance video content with graphic animations as needed. Qualifications we are looking for : Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, graphic design, marketing, or a related discipline Adaptive design eye and skill 4+ years in professional digital marketing, graphic design, social media, and photography preferably with a marketing or creative agency Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Cloud design software, including InDesign Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work in a hybrid work environment These are your benefits : FUCHS offers a challenging and rewarding working environment where employees are encouraged to develop and grow as professionals.
