Design Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Design Operations Analyst to support global workflow deployment, process standardization, and operational excellence initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will work cross-functionally with business, technical, and operational teams to support system rollouts, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment across global stakeholders. This is a backfill position supporting an active transformation initiative, with a focus on workflow solutions, process optimization, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and rollout of global and regional workflow solutions impacting Design Operations.
• Participate in or lead Process Integration Testing (PIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Day-in-the-Life (DITL) activities.
• Develop and standardize labeling and relabeling processes across business units.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including business, regulatory, quality, technical, and operations teams, to ensure alignment on process changes and impacts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, service quality enhancements, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain alignment of workflows, standards, and system functionality.
• Support project coordination activities, including urgent or special requests within the Design Operations function.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process improvements, error detection, and process controls.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal users to troubleshoot issues, resolve inquiries, and support ongoing operations.
• Create and maintain work instructions, documentation, and training materials.
• Analyze data and generate ad-hoc and recurring reports to support decision-making.
• Support system enhancements and work with system administrators as needed.
• Assist with service transitions, process improvement initiatives, and workshop facilitation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Experience in business analysis, process analysis, operations, or IT-related roles is required. Candidates must have experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), workflow implementation, or system rollouts. The role demands an ability to work with multiple stakeholders and global teams, along with problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimization is necessary.

• Experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with labeling or packaging processes.
• Experience with quality systems.
