As a Graphic Designer for Ontario, you'll be supporting the delivery of high-quality creative covering campaign assets / design, product design, and promo / logo designs. This will help us excel at visual communication, to stay ahead of the game.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include :

• Creating visually impactful, well thought-out, on-brand designs
• Following design processes, including but limited to : understanding and interpreting briefs, knowledge of workflow tools like Workfront and Monday.com, navigating our Digital Asset Management system, conceptualising, brainstorming, presenting your ideas
• Using a variety of design tools such as : Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D packages, animation / editing software
• Working comfortably with brand guidelines
• Working collaboratively and effectively with remote teams
• Providing accurate time estimations on jobs that come into the studio and managing your time effectively
• Displaying a good working knowledge of responsive design and mobile first practices
• Championing design excellence across every job you do
• Identifying new design trends ways of improving current creative
• Cultivating a great knowledge and understanding of the brand
