Description
We're looking for a hands-on, highly creative Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across print, digital, and on-site experiences. This is an in-house role where you'll own execution, collaborate closely with marketing partners, and see your work show up everywhere-from car wash sites and campaigns to digital ads, memberships, employee initiatives, and more.
If you love turning ideas into visuals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want your designs to actually matter, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Concept, design, and execute creative across print and digital channels
- Bring seasonal promotions, brand moments, and campaigns to life
- Design assets including : On-site merchandising & field marketing materials
- Digital ads, email and website assets (front-end), POS UX, sales collateral, events, apparel, video, photography, and more
- Create dynamic content such as GIFs, carousel ads, videos, animations, and motion graphics
- Execute from creative briefs-or turn rough ideas into polished designs
- Work within and help evolve established brand guidelines
- Maintain clean, organized files, templates, and brand asset libraries
- Support additional creative needs including HR, employee branding, Learning & Development, and internal initiatives
- Stay current on design trends, UX / UI, typography, digital marketing, and emerging creative tools
- Leverage AI-powered design and asset generation tools to enhance efficiency and creativity
