BASIS Schools is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team!
In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of our innovative charter schools across the nation. As the leader of our graphic design team, you will lead the development of visually compelling and brand-aligned creative assets. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to design across print and digital platforms. You will leverage your expertise in data visualization, web design, and user experience (UX) to translate complex information into clear and compelling visuals that support our educational mission.

The BASIS Education Marketing and Design department serves as the in-house advertising agency to support the growth of BASIS Charter Schools. You will work with a team of marketers and designers creating compelling integrated, national multi-channel campaigns and meaningful marketing materials. This role is hybrid, with part of the week at our office in Scottsdale.
Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and execute high-level creative solutions for campaigns, branding, websites, social media, and presentations.
- Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure a seamless user experience across our digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines
- Translate data and information into visually compelling infographics, charts, and other elements.
- Contribute to website design and development, potentially leading and managing a small design team.
- Leverage prior agency experience to create impactful ad layouts and marketing materials.
- Champion the use of modular content design principles and tools like DAM (Digital Asset Management), Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Integrate UX / UI design principles and wireframing techniques into the design process.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design tools and technologies, including exploring the potential of AI in design workflows.
- Lead and mentor junior designers; provide feedback and creative direction.
