Chick-fil-A Shift Leaders are responsible for leading a team during assigned shifts to ensure a high-quality guest experience, maintain operational excellence, and support team development. As a key part of the leadership team, the Shift Leader works hands-on in the restaurant, modeling Chick-fil-A's Core Values and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage team members during a shift to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Maintain a positive work environment by coaching and encouraging team members.
• Ensure all guests receive exceptional service that is accurate, fast, and friendly.
• Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures during shift.
• Support training and development of new and existing team members.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and care.
• Execute opening and closing procedures with attention to detail.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A brand standards and local health regulations.
