Position Details

• Full-time (40 hours per week)

• Starting pay: $17.00 per hour

• Non-exempt, hourly position

• Evening and weekend availability required

• Immediate hiring need

Key Responsibilities

Store Team Members support both customer-facing and stocking operations throughout the store.

Customer Service & Cashiering

• Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service

• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately

• Answer customer questions about products, ingredients, and store offerings

• Support a welcoming, positive shopping experience

• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries

Stocking & Store Operations

• Receive, stock, rotate, and face products

• Check expiration dates and maintain product quality standards

• Maintain clean, organized shelves and displays

• Assist with inventory and merchandising tasks

• Support other departments as needed

• Remain productive during both busy and slower periods

Physical Requirements

This is an active, fast-paced retail role. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand for extended periods

• Lift 20-50 lbs consistently

• Bend, twist, reach, and climb ladders

• Work in refrigerated and freezer areas

• Maintain attention to detail when checking dates and labels

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in health, wellness, natural foods, supplements, or holistic living

• Previous retail, grocery, cashier, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to help wherever needed

• Ability to take initiative and stay self-directed

Experience in natural foods, co-ops, organic grocery, supplements, or wellness environments is a plus.
