About the Role :
As Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of 15-20 associates, drive sales performance, and create an environment where both customers and employees thrive. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to execute strategic initiatives, oversee daily operations, and ensure a world-class shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Develop – Coach and mentor product specialists, set sales goals, and provide ongoing training.
- Sales & Customer Service Excellence – Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience by supporting sales specialists and addressing any service issues.
- Operations Management – Oversee scheduling, payroll, store expenses, and financial processes.
- Hiring & Team Building – Play a key role in recruiting and developing top talent to maintain a high-performing team.
- Technology & Innovation – Utilize Microsoft Office, Storis POS, and CXM systems to enhance operations and customer experience.
