We're a high-volume car care business seeking motivated individuals with prior supervisory or management experience to train in our proven management systems. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment and lead by example, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements :

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to managing staff.
• Ability to maintain a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.
• Experience in supervising and training teams, scheduling, and handling day-to-day tasks.
• Problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Basic mechanical understanding to troubleshoot car wash equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both customers and team members.
• Attention to detail to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage inventory and supplies for the site.
• Mechanical proficiency due to technical job requirements
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers, staff, and Corporate.
