SUMMARY

Global Management Services, LLC (GMS), a company within the BSNC family, is currently seeking an internal Denver Federal Center contract employee that is qualified for the Grounds Laborer position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position, and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provides guidance to laborers, schedules and evaluates daily work performed.
• Interacts well with customers and fellow employees to create a good working environment.
• Trains employees on equipment as necessary.
• Performs a wide variety of tasks, but not limited to mowing, policing, trimming, equipment sign-out sheets, vehicle dispatches, 2404 forms and key logs.
• Operates vehicles and equipment safely and properly to comply with all legal and contractual requirements.
• Performs operator maintenance and safety checks on all vehicles and equipment used.
• Coordinates projects with and provides daily updates to the Site Supervisor.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS

As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to federal installation. Must have reliable transportation to / from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to federal installations.
