Groundskeeper - Full Time | $22-$28 / hr | Great Benefits We're hiring a hands-on, detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help keep one of the most peaceful and well-respected outdoor properties in Southern California looking its best. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and knows their way around landscaping tools and equipment - including a backhoe. About the Role : As the Groundskeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining the property's lawns, trees, gardens, and walkways - ensuring everything looks pristine, safe, and inviting. You'll operate tractors, weed eaters, and other power tools daily and play an important part in preparing sites for special events and ceremonies. What You'll Do : -Mow lawns, trim trees, and maintain landscaped areas-Operate and maintain equipment such as tractors, weed eaters, and power tools-Safely operate a backhoe for site preparation and maintenance-Clear debris, empty trash receptacles, and ensure walkways and roads remain clear and safe-Water, prune, and maintain the health of plants, trees, and grass-Support setup and cleanup for scheduled events and ceremonies-Assist with general maintenance and janitorial tasks across the property-Occasionally work weekends or holidays as needed

What We're Looking For : -2+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience (required)-2+ years of backhoe operation experience (required)-Experience using power tools, tractors, and general maintenance equipment-Reliable, hard-working, and able to perform physical outdoor labor year-round-Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping outdoor spaces beautiful and safe Compensation & Benefits : Pay : $22-$25 / hr (DOE) Once perm - Pay could increase up to $28 / hrFull-time | 40 hours per week If you take pride in your craft, enjoy working outdoors, and find satisfaction in maintaining meaningful spaces that serve the community, we'd love to hear from you.
