Healthtrax has either MOSSA or Les Mills group fitness licensed and choreographed classes taught by talented instructors who will motivate participants to move with safe, motivating, fun and effective workouts. We are currently looking to hire an instructor to lead the MOSSA class called GROUP ACTIVE .

• Group Active ® is an innovative one-hour workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds total-body strength, and enhances movement health for daily life.
