Job descriptionDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed group sales targets for the US market. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and achieve individual and team goals Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the group travel and hospitality sector Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of group sales initiatives Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales performance Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to Sales Director. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our group offerings Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Luxury hospitality or travel industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in group sales Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective sales plans In-depth knowledge of the US travel market and group sales dynamics Outstanding communication and presentation skills Very organized and lover of minimum details. Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are preferred Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are a plus
