Responsibilities

• Emulate great style and offer style inspiration on a consistent basis
• Talk about current fashions trends as applicable to our customers
• Create genuine connections with every customer and employee
• Make every customer interaction memorable and unique to their individual needs
• Build brand and store loyalty through providing exceptional customer experience
• Partner with supervisor and peers to maintain best practices and build effective relationships with store team
• Clearly and positively communicate with supervisor and seek feedback to improve personal performance
• Learn and know the product line to effectively teach and guide customers in their selections
• Contribute to overall store and individual sales goals
• Perform daily sales floor upkeep and operational expectations
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and visually appealing store
• Understand and master all general register functionalities
