Job description

Now hiring an experienced Handyman Helper to assist with processing returns and exchanges, provide excellent service to customers and team members, and coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Other duties include adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, follow safety procedures and company policies, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, along with gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, work collaboratively across teams and departments, maintain accurate records and documentation, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
