Core Responsibilities and Requirements

• Drywall patching, paint prep / touch-ups
• Carpentry and trim work
• Light fixture swaps, hardware installs, basic electrical work
• Caulking, sealing, door adjustments, installing new doors
• Basic plumbing repairs / maintenance
• Hanging TVs, shelves, art, blinds
• Exterior / seasonal home upkeep tasks
• Keeping job sites clean and organized
• Tile work experience is a plus.

5-10 year experience in construction
