Job Opportunity : OEM Engineer II

As an OEM Engineer II, you will lead the integration and deployment of comprehensive systems that combine our cutting-edge products with complementary technologies to meet client needs effectively. You'll play a pivotal role from analyzing customer requirements and managing design reviews to overseeing deployment and acceptance testing at client sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate technical activities with OEM Program Managers and engineering teams.
- Oversee third-party integrations and certification processes with vendors.
- Address technical issues from OEMs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Train and mentor new engineers on company protocols and proprietary technologies.
- Work with Product Management to define hardware and software interfaces.
- Lead project activities, delegate tasks, and monitor team progress for timely, accurate service delivery.
- Manage and report on quality assurance at the system level, while ensuring compatibility and seamless integration across all subsystems.
- Conduct project reviews with the team, in collaboration with Program Managers, and communicate priorities with leadership.
- Develop, review, and lead First Article Inspection (FAI) and Post Delivery Inspection (PDI) processes, and conduct client demonstrations.
- Document system configurations, monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Project Managers on various projects.

Travel Requirements : Up to 40% (domestic and international)
